We ship exclusively with UPS, FedEx, or DHL within the United States.

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on carrier traffic and local conditions.

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the returned package, minus any applicable return shipping fees.

Proof of incident: A police report must be filed within 48 hours of the reported theft.
Delivery confirmation: The carrier must confirm the order was delivered.
Notification: Customers must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp to qualify.

Replacement or refund: If a claim is validated, we will replace the stolen item at no extra cost. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Orders lost in transit or misdelivered by the carrier are not covered.
SecureShip Guarantee applies only to theft occurring after confirmed delivery.
